How it works

Connect your Thumbtack account You sign in through Thumbtack and approve access. We never ask for your password, and you can revoke access at any time.
A lead comes in When a customer contacts you on Thumbtack, we receive the project details they filled in.
A first reply is drafted Written from the actual job details, not a canned template. Depending on your settings it is sent automatically or waits for your approval, and it reaches the customer inside Thumbtack, from you.
You take over The lead lands on your phone right away. Reply from there and it posts straight back into the Thumbtack conversation.

Built for one-truck shops

Most lead-response tools are sold to companies with a dispatcher and a front desk. If you are the estimator, the crew and the invoicing department, you are the one who cannot check a phone at 2pm — and you are the one paying for every lead that goes cold.

FirstReplyPro does one job and stays out of the way. It is not a CRM, it will not reorganize how you schedule work, and it does not need a week of onboarding.

Your customers' data

We handle names, locations and project descriptions belonging to people who contacted you in good faith. We store only what is needed to answer them, we never sell it, and we never share it with other pros.
